REACT could not deliver the critical communications support our communities rely on. Every deployment, every activation, and every moment of readiness is powered by volunteers who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of civic responsibility.
Our leadership team, the officers, directors, and founding members, represent the backbone of our organization. These individuals have shaped our mission, built our infrastructure, and continue to guide our strategic direction with integrity and foresight. Their combined experience spans emergency management, communications engineering, public safety operations, and community engagement.
